Vessels & pressure vessels
Pressure vessels, collecting and buffer vessels, separators and apparatus to your drawing – with nozzles, flanges, heads and supports, tested and documented to the code your plant specifies. We supply them ready to install and with complete documentation. ROHRLINE, based in Grafenwörth (Lower Austria), supplies Vessels & pressure vessels to drawing – tested, with 3.1 or 3.2 certificates to EN 10204 – worldwide.

Materials we supply for this
The grade follows from medium, temperature and pressure. The list below is a selection, not a limitation – we supply the grade that design and specification call for. Each grade has a data sheet with composition, properties and standards.
Typical fields of use
- Condensate and feedwater tanks in power plants
- Compressed air, gas and buffer vessels
- Separators and flash vessels in steam systems
- Apparatus and vessel shells in chemicals and pharma
- Replacement vessels for outages and revamps
The records you receive
Inspection certificate 3.1 or 3.2 to EN 10204
Batch-related test results for every pressure-bearing item, countersigned on request.
Non-destructive testing
Visual, penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic or radiographic testing of the welds as specified.
Pressure test
Hydrostatic test to the applicable code and drawing, with test report.
Traceability
Batch and heat number of every item remain traceable through the documentation.
From drawing to delivery
1. Drawing or sketch
Send us the drawing, isometric or bill of material – a hand sketch with dimensions is enough to start.
2. Agree material and code
We settle grade, standard, pressure rating and the required certificate with you.
3. Quotation
You receive a quotation with price, execution and a firm delivery date.
4. Delivery with documentation
The component arrives ready to install, with certificates and test reports.
Vessels & pressure vessels – frequently asked questions
Which code do you supply vessels to?
To the code your plant specifies: EN 13445 as the harmonised standard under the Pressure Equipment Directive, AD 2000 in German-speaking countries or ASME Section VIII Div. 1 for international projects. The code determines the calculation, material verification and test scope and therefore belongs in the enquiry.
What does the Pressure Equipment Directive mean for a vessel?
Vessels with a maximum allowable pressure above 0.5 bar fall under the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. Pressure, volume and fluid group give the category; the category determines the conformity assessment procedure and whether a notified body is involved. This classification should be settled before ordering.
Do you also supply non-pressurised vessels?
Yes. We also supply collecting, buffer and storage vessels without overpressure to drawing, with material certificates and a dimensional report. The Pressure Equipment Directive does not apply to them; material and wall thickness depend on the medium, the load and the corrosion allowance.
What do you need for a quotation?
Drawing with nozzle list, material, design pressure and temperature, medium, code and the required certificate to EN 10204. An existing strength calculation speeds up the costing.
Send your drawing – we will clarify the rest together
A drawing, bill of materials or short description is enough to get started. If already available, the following details help us prepare your quotation quickly.
- Drawing with dimensions, nozzle list and material
- Design pressure, temperature and medium
- Code: EN 13445, AD 2000 or ASME VIII
- Category and module under the Pressure Equipment Directive, if defined
- Quantity, certificate 3.1 or 3.2, date and delivery address
