Boiler spare parts – frequently asked questions
Can you supply spare parts without a drawing?
Yes, to a sample or a survey. We record dimensions, material and position and agree any missing details with you in writing before ordering. The material is decisive: if it is not documented, we clarify it in advance, because a wrong material in the boiler costs more than any delay.
How fast can you deliver in a damage case?
That depends on material and scope. Tubes in common boiler grades are often available at short notice; special grades and bent assemblies take longer. Tell us your shutdown date – before ordering, we will give you a binding answer on what can be done by then.
Do you supply spare parts for boilers from other manufacturers?
Yes. What counts is the drawing, sample or survey and the material certificate, not the manufacturer of the boiler. The parts are marked according to their position in the boiler, so that erection during the shutdown needs no sorting.
What do you need for a quotation?
Drawing, sample or photos with dimensions, material, quantity, shutdown date and the required certificate to EN 10204. Photos with dimensions are enough for a first calculation.
