Frequently asked questions about project enquiries
What information do you need for a quotation?
For a first calculation we need the material or grade, the dimensions, the quantity and the applicable standard. For components to drawing we also need the drawing or sketch and which certificate to EN 10204 is required.
Can I send a drawing with my enquiry?
Yes. The button opens a prepared e-mail draft in your mail client – attach the drawing, bill of material or specification there as usual.
How quickly do I get a quotation?
For standard sizes usually the same day. For components to drawing we tell you within one working day when the quotation will be ready.
Do you deliver outside Austria?
Yes. We deliver to Austria, to Germany and across Europe, to site or to your assembly location if required.
What does EN 10204 3.1 mean?
An inspection certificate with batch-specific test results, confirmed by an inspection representative independent of the manufacturing department. A 3.2 certificate is additionally countersigned by an independent expert or by the purchaser.
