What information do you need for a quotation?
For standard material: grade and standard, dimensions, quantity, required certificate, delivery location and date. For components to drawing, also the drawing with revision status, the bill of materials and the required scope of testing and documentation. We will clarify any missing details with you.
How do I submit drawings and specifications?
The easiest way is the enquiry form on this page: upload drawings, isometrics, bills of materials and specifications directly – up to 10 files totalling 20 MB, for example as PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, Excel or ZIP. For larger data volumes, write to us at office@rohrline.at.
When will I receive the quotation?
Standard items are usually quoted on the same working day after checking availability. For components to drawing, we first review design, material, testing requirements and documentation and then give you a binding quotation date.

ROHRLINE delivers worldwide. Delivery terms, packaging, marking and export documents are agreed according to the destination country and scope of supply.
What does an inspection certificate 3.1 to EN 10204 confirm?
The inspection certificate 3.1 confirms that the product complies with the order and contains the results of specific tests. It is issued by the manufacturer’s authorised inspection representative, who is independent of the manufacturing department. With a 3.2 certificate, the purchaser’s authorised inspection representative or an inspector designated by the regulations also confirms it.
Do you offer quantity-based prices?
Yes. Tell us the quantities you need, for example 1, 5, 10 and 25 pieces – we quote a separate price for each quantity.
What information do you need for pressure equipment under 2014/68/EU?
At least the maximum allowable pressure (PS), the allowable temperature (TS), the medium with fluid group, the volume or nominal size and the function of the component. If the category, conformity assessment module, notified body or special testing requirements have already been defined, please include them.
