Which documents are required for a reliable quotation?
For standard material we need material grade and standard, dimensions, quantity, delivery condition, required certificate, destination and required date. For components to drawing, please also provide drawing revision, bill of materials and the required inspection and documentation scope. We clarify missing details during technical review.
How do I submit drawings and specifications?
The e-mail link opens an addressed project enquiry. Attach drawings, isometrics, bills of materials and specifications directly. PDF documents are suitable for quotation; editable CAD data can be coordinated with us if required.
When will I receive the quotation?
We normally quote standard items on the same working day after checking availability. For welded assemblies and components to drawing, we first review manufacturing scope, material, inspection requirements and documentation and then confirm the binding quotation date.
Does ROHRLINE deliver worldwide?
Yes. We deliver components, piping parts and materials worldwide. Delivery terms, transport packaging, marking and required export documents are defined for the destination country and project scope.
What does an EN 10204 type 3.1 inspection certificate confirm?
A type 3.1 certificate confirms compliance with the order and contains results of specific inspection. It is validated by the manufacturer’s authorised inspection representative independent of the manufacturing department. Type 3.2 additionally requires validation by the purchaser’s representative or an inspector designated by the applicable regulations.
Can you quote quantity breaks?
Yes. State the required quantities, for example 1, 5, 10 and 25 units. We quote each level separately and account for setup, tooling, inspection and documentation effort.
Which data is required for pressure equipment under 2014/68/EU?
For technical classification we require at least PS, TS, medium, fluid group, volume and the intended function of the component. If category, conformity assessment module, notified body or special inspection requirements are already specified, include them with the enquiry.
